The 33 Project

Morning! It’s Thursday so here we are. When I first started this little project (4 years ago 😱) I was posting every day. Can you imagine? How exhausting. Anyway, a weekly cadence feels more acceptable and also more respectful of your time.

So here we are, a weekly check in. How’s it going for you? I’ve been chugging along, mostly spending time in a deep dark editing hole trying to finish a few projects. But, occasionally I come up for air and spend time with friends. It’s actually quite nice. Work life balance blah blah blah. Let’s get into the recs for this week:

1/ I love Manhattan real estate! Great piece on this crazy $20m home in the village.
