The 33 Project

Morning. It’s been a week since leaving full-time employment and I’m somehow as busy as ever. The most exciting update is, of course, Susannah’s opened up Tourlami headquarters in Brooklyn! Here’s a view from the office:

It’s a beautiful space and I’m extremely excited for all the forthcoming baking, filming and more. Stay tuned for updates. On to this week’s recs:

1/ I devoured this podcast on the infamous Fat Leonard. It’s a wild, infuriating, and often compelling story of corruption and the US Navy. Highly recommend. It’s jam packed and great storytelling. Trigger warning: there’s a ton of misogyny which can be a bit overwhelming.

2/ Let’s talk about the “ugly phase” of art. Have faith in the process.

3/ Good Bones by Maggie Smith.
