It’s another busy week - summer time is no longer for relaxation but instead exertion and intensity, it seems. I’ve had the good fortune of having lots of interesting and fun work the past two weeks. So, I’m not complaining so much as stating fact. As such, this will be quick.
1/ On June 13th, I filmed the second Brooklyn Liberation Rally. It was a powerful event where thousands showed up to support Black Trans Youth. The photos from some of my day-of colleagues are really incredible and I’m honored to have been a part of the team. I’ll share the sizzle when it’s ready. Read more on it, here (and peep me in the 2nd photo!).
2/ For the short I’m producing, I’ve been watching and researching a lot of fun, bizarre content. This short is one I found and very much enjoyed watching.
3/ Finally, Bari Weiss came out with a podcast and it’s pretty interesting. It’s obviously got the Bari Weiss touch, both good and bad. But, above all the topics are relevant and she asks really great questions. I found her grilling Mark Cuban on China to be especially interesting. Check it out.
Until next week.
