Ok, day two. Would have been a rough look if I’d skipped day 2. I understand the value of consistency, sure. Just going to take some time to feel comfortable with the process, I suppose. Enough about that. Let’s get to the 3.
1/ Blue Chips. Chips are chips, and like, whatever. But, damn I love eating blue chips. They feel healthier because they’re…blue? I don’t know. But lately I’ve been craving them and satisfying that craving, constantly. So yeah, go eat some blue chips.
2/ Parlor coffee. Coffee’s like water. Essential. I’ve been trying to keep it to only drinking coffee before 10am. This great health and wellness focused podcast from Nike about how detrimental coffee can be for getting solid sleep really scared me into it. I just want to sleep better! But, when I’m awake, I need the good stuff. Being away from home for various weekends, I’ve been missing solid, Parlor coffee. But every time I go to the ELK in the morning, or if I’m smart and brew it at home, I feel exponentially better.
3/ To keep in line with the food theme, I guess I’ll finish it off with my all time favorite ice cream. Van Leeuwen Vegan Mint Chip ice cream. I mean, duh. It’s so yummy and light and mixes all the best flavors and tastes. They have it non-vegan, too. But keeping it dairy free helps my body break it down, so I can gorge on it. Look past the steep price tag and savor each bite.
