Good morning from Kittery, Maine! Off to Bar Harbor today to celebrate Ivy!
It’s been quite the week! Really racking up the travel miles these days. But luckily I get to spend time with so many wonderful people - family and friends. Life’s good!
Let’s get into the recs for this week:
1/ Loved this list of 10 authors that turned to the fine arts as another creative outlet.
2/ There have been periods of my life where I felt really stuck and lost. During those periods I would turn to all sorts of things for advice - an unstuck card deck, podcasts about changing your life, and in my darkest moments work-related self help books. Avoid all of that. Take a breath, and consider reading this quick list of ways to pull yourself out of it. These tips are useful and practical.
3/ Well this is upsetting if you’ve been trying to recycle and be a good person.
