Morning! It’s Fall! There’s a breeze coming through the window. Joyous cool breeze! Hope you’re enjoying this seasonal shift as much as I am.
Onto the recommendations for this week…
1/ New politics podcast from the NYT. “Real” American people talking about voting. I’ve only listened to The Stakes episode so far, but it’s certainly interesting to hear different perspectives.
2/ I liked this piece from The Atlantic on the use of the word “toxic” both on the internet and IRL. Interesting times we live in, I guess. {shrug}
3/ How lucky we are to experience the legacy of Serena Williams as it happens.
She really did power through a lot of bs. Like, a lot. But, nevertheless, she showed up and she played and she changed the world of tennis forever. A true legend. 🐐
