Hello hello. I’m writing this from the past. I had to knock this out in the lounge before flying to Chicago where Susannah and I are presenting thousands of Tourlami treats at the National Restaurant Associations major expo. I can guarantee I’m tired, my voice is hoarse, my feet hurt, and I’m full of lots of love for Susannah and Tourlami.
